It all started with 1 house, 1 person, and 1 neighborhood.

Jen Jordan, the founder of Slate & Hearth, became an Airbnb host in 2013.

In 2015, Jen started working with homeowners around Philly. She helped them list, and rent their homes on Aribnb. Her hosting was recognized by a reporter from Philadelphia Magazine. The reporter's parents were Jen's guests. A few months later, Jen was crowned The Queen of Airbnb Philly.

Slate and Hearth has since expanded. We have multiple professional cleaners on staff, a team of assistants to inspect the houses and respond to guests, and a marketing team. These dedicated teams are here to serve you!

We now serve Philadelphia, and Walla Walla, Washington!
